I think Larry is the best broker you could ever hope to find. We wanted to relocate to Santa Barbara, but we needeld to sell our house in Bel Air in order to do so. We were very reluctant to list our house not knowing if we could find something to our likinrg in S.B. Larry recommended a wonclerful agent, Nancy Kogevinas, in S.B. that negotiated the purchase of a great house for u:; after we looked for well over a year. But the purchase was contingent on getting our house solcl and in escrow in jO days. We listed with Larry on the MLS last Friday 2/19/2016. We had op,3n houses on Sunday and Tuesday and had 4 offers by Thursday. lt is now Saturday the 27th and wcl are in escrow on our Bel Air house at well over the asking price! Larry is so knowledgable and thoughtful, guiding us every step of the way. He carefully handled the buyers and their agents with thoroughness and professionalism, making sure not to alienate anyone during the heat of a bidding war. This led to us gettlng an excellent backup offer also over our asking price. He was so patient and caring every step of the way. lt just couldn’t have been a better experience.

Larry is amazing. He helped negotiate the deal on my new home in Brentwood Right after hitting the market, the house had multiple offers over asking & I thought there was no hope. Larry is the BEST!!! Twenty-some odd years ago he sent us a photo of our house as it would look in an ad if we wanted to sell it. We told Larry that day was in the distant future but that my husband loves to follow real estate in our area. Larry was never tired of my husband’s inquiries and conversations.
