As escrow grew more complicated, he talked me through every step of the process and brought it to a very successful completion. Because he and his wonderful team took the time to really get to know me and my needs, Larry then found me the perfect home in the hills of Sherman Oaks and closed that deal in record time. Larry Young and his superb staff handled every aspect of the listing and sale of our late mother’s home. I have known Larry for around 10 years. He helped us sell our house in Westwood Hills in 2014 and then just recently helped us purchase a new home in Mar Vista after we moved back to LA. He’s a very experienced and trustworthy person (not just an agent who’s out to rack up commissions). For our recent purchase, we were dealing with parties that didn’t respond on a timely basis and created a very frustrating process.
